Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unregistered, and returned in original packaging with all tools, manuals, and accessories included.


If Your Bike Arrives Damaged or Defective

We’ve got your back. If your bike or gear is damaged in transit or arrives with a manufacturing defect, you’re fully covered by our shipping insurance and product warranty.

What to do:

  • Send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model:
